If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please email us within 14 days after receipt for return or exchange at customerservice@foldabout.com. All items need to be returned in original unused condition. Refund will not include S/H fee and buyer will bear the cost to send the item back to seller. In some cases, we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee if item is not returned in original unused condition.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING
Our incredible free ground shipping allows you to shop freely without worrying about shipping costs. It is available on all orders placed online. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates.
Most purchases are shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

Please contact us to request a freight quote for orders shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states and APO locations. Items shipped outside of contiguous 48 United States including Hawaii. Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates are delivered via small package carriers.
RUSH DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE
For an extra charge we can arrange rush delivery to most addresses. We must receive your order by 1:00 PM EST Monday - Thursday to ensure that your order ships that same day. You will then receive your order based upon the rush service you choose.
National holidays are treated the same as non-business days. Please take this into consideration, especially around heavy gift-giving time. Rush delivery is not available for items to be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States and APO locations.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders that can be shipped to a foreign country are subject to taxes and or duty charges and are paid by the recipient of the package(s). Shipping alternatives vary by country. All shipping charges made to an international address are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping to foreign countries is determined based upon the country in question.
